Citynet Center Prepares for GameChanger Tailgate Extravaganza Tonight
The Bridge Sports Complex will celebrate becoming West Virginia’s first GameChanger sports complex with a free, family-friendly event open to the public.
[Bridgeport, WV] June 3, 2022 – The long-awaited GameChanger Tailgate Extravaganza will take place tonight (6/3), beginning at 5:00 PM. The event is entirely free and offers activities for all ages.
· Beginning at 5:00 PM:
o Chance giveaways for gift cards, airline tickets, and more (must be present to win)
o Jerry West Basketball League challenges
o Food vendors (Buffalo Wild Wings, Dippin ’Dots, Pepsi; limited quantities available)
o Axe throwing
o Games, inflatable obstacle course, and dunk tank
o Photo booth & face painter
o Innertube water polo (games start every 30 minutes) & water volleyball
· Beginning at 5:30 PM:
o Pulled pork or hot dog meal vouchers can be redeemed from 5:30-7:30; limited quantities available
· Beginning at 6:00 PM:
o WV football players “meet & greet” appearances
· 7:45 PM:
o Speaker Ryan Leaf
o Grand prize winners announced
· 9:15 PM:
o Festivities will conclude with a firework show
· Chance giveaways for gift cards, airline tickets, and more (must be present to win)
Registration for the chance drawing can be completed at the event by scanning a QR code. Attendees must be 18+ years to enter the grand prize drawing.
