The Bridge Sports Complex to Host Hiring Event on April 10th
Open interviews for part-time and full-time positions will be conducted between 2:00 and 4:00PM on Sunday, April 10th.
[Bridgeport, WV] March 14, 2022 – The Bridge Sports Complex will host a job fair in order to fulfill staffing needs for summer 2022 and beyond. The Bridge offers a fun, energetic atmosphere with a flexible schedule perfect for people15+ years old who are seeking part-time or full-time employment.
Hiring will take place across most departments in the following positions:
· Concessions
· Lifeguards
· Swim instructors
· Summer camp staff
· Front & fitness desk attendants
· Summer maintenance crew
Only 35% of teenagers between 16-19 years old participate in the workforce. Studies have shown that teens who have jobs develop time management skills and are more financially literate than those who do not have jobs. Furthermore, teens who have jobs make an average of 14-16% more in their20s than those who do not, according to the U.S. Department of Labor.
